in town buying a water pump. i may have running water soon. how wierd is that?

krystal hotspots suck - all my windows come up like mobile-lite versions, cannot get flickr to load right so cannot blog images. therefore have nothing to show, therefore have nothing to say.

august sucks, gaddamn hot. like winter in reverse, can't stay indoors, forced to relax by the creek and take it easy. my new routine involves a long siesta on the pebble beaches of spring-fed streams. this usually picks me up enough to do unpleasant work for a few hours up to sunset.

the tarp hovel (tovel?) is on pause for now. very unrewarding, and will not be nearly finished before my next cross-country sprint, so i thumb my nose at it, for now. scheming on stealing timber from logging next door - but can't move logs with just two hands, or can't figure out how. need more hands. at least four more. maybe if i were a centaur...
